Abstract

The processing with fluid jet abrasive environments utilizes an active energy. Concerns in that area have emerged as a necessity to increase productivity processing difficult materials with mechanical processing compared to traditional materials. An important consideration of the introduction process in alloy processing TiAl6V4 thickness of 4 mm was based on technical and technological criteria. Experiments performed are based mathematical models to find solutions applicable in practice. It shows the effect of pressure and cutting speed on width of cut, the thickness of material along the gap created. Using alloy TiAl6V4 process is important in the development of orthopedic and dental implants, as well as work tools in the medical field. Processing requirements involved in the new material, ready for joining, components that require rehabilitation respectively.
